Ola or uber for investment---Which one should you prefer ?

Hello guys , Coming at the blog after long period of time .

So , during this time, many  ask me where should we attach our cars ?

Ola or Uber ?

So after my five years of experience in this business i would just discuss the points or my observation regarding which is the best .

I personally prefer UBER over OLA  because of the following reasons:

1. Uber driving app(app for drivers ) is easily available at GOOGLE PLAY STORE         Whereas for Ola driver app you have to visit their offices .They provide special  permission  from app which i dint prefer and visiting OLA OFFICE is tedious job especially for   person like me who has other profession.

2.I dint want to be biased but i have always felt from the conversation with my drivers that Uber has much more sophisticated customers as compared to Ola..There is always complaint from Ola drivers that the customers using Ola are little shaggy , continuous fight or try to dominate as if they have owned the car and are mostly unfriendly.

3. Uber is user friendly for  customer as well as owner/entrepreneur friendly .If your documents are expired , then you can upload online from UBER FLEET(App for owner) whereas in Ola you have to visit the office .

4.Staff is very courteous and helpful at Uber Offices and vice versa at Ola offices.

5.If you have some problem , you can call Uber customer care and they have less waiting time as compared to Ola customer care operators .Also the service offered by Uber staff and customer care department is much better than Ola .

For all this reasons , from last 1 year i have attached all my cars at Uber .sorry Ola Way To Go!
